Hi, I’m Shayla, the heart behind Hustl. Pilates! As a mum of three under three, I know firsthand the importance of movement, connection, and finding balance in the chaos of life. With a background in teaching and fitness, I’ve created a space where you can feel strong, supported, and empowered—no matter your stage of life.

Hustl. Pilates is more than just a studio; it’s a community-driven space where everyone is welcome. Whether you’re here to build strength, improve mobility, or simply carve out a little “me-time,” I can’t wait to move with you.

Our OG instructor! With a passion for sport and some serious talent to match, Kate knows just how to push your limits while keeping the vibes high. Her sessions strike the perfect balance of calm guidance, expert knowledge, and just the right amount of shake to challenge you. As someone who values family, Kate brings a warm and inclusive energy to every class, making sure you feel supported throughout your practice.  

Kate is all about supporting our Mama clients’, which led her to pursue further training in pre and postnatal care. She is dedicated to providing personalised guidance for expectant and recovering mothers, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience tailored to each stage of the journey.

Building on a strong foundation in injury management and exercise modifications, Maddi’s personal training qualifications further enhance her ability to tailor each class to meet individual needs, ensuring a safe and effective workout for every participant. With a focus on controlled movements, balance, and mindful progression, Maddi will guide you to feel stronger, more stable, and deeply challenged.
